The private Facebook group is still available — but now it’s optional. The program itself lives in the portal, so you can participate fully even if you don’t want to be on social media.

Refined sugar is a legalized recreational pleasure DRUG.
One that has shown to be 8 times more addictive than cocaine (those mid-afternoon cravings and late-night binges are not from a lack of willpower. It’s your brain that’s hooked on the sweet stuff!).

Module 1: Pre-Detox + Prep (3 Days)
January 27–29
This phase sets the foundation for success — physically and mentally.
You’ll learn how to:
Clean out your kitchen (without stress or perfection)
Grocery shop with confidence
Use the Sugar Vaca Food Guide (what to eat, what to avoid, what to limit)
Prepare your body and your mindset for the detox
We focus heavily on mindset pre-frames here — shifting from “what am I giving up?” to “what am I gaining?” — and helping you create a strong, personal why. This deeper intention is what keeps you committed when motivation dips.
The Program is broken into 3 Simple Modules
Module 2: Sugar Detox (7 Days)
January 30 – February 5
This is the heart of the program.
For 7 days, you’ll remove refined sugar, refined flour, and other high-glycemic foods that spike blood sugar and fuel cravings, fatigue, and mood swings.
You’ll be supported with:
Daily video lessons
Nutrient-dense, satisfying recipes (you will not be hungry)
Tips for cravings, dining out, travel, and real-life situations
Education around sugar, blood sugar, and metabolic health
Important difference from past years: This detox is now intentionally 7 days long — powerful, effective, and far more sustainable.
Module 3: Transition Out (4 Days)
February 6–9
This is where Sugar Vaca truly stands apart.
Instead of jumping back into old habits, you’ll be guided through a thoughtful transition that helps:
Preserve the benefits of the detox
Reintroduce foods intentionally (if and when you choose)
Tune into your body’s biofeedback: energy, hunger, mood, and cravings
This phase supports long-term habit change — not a quick fix — and helps you come out of the detox feeling empowered, not confused.
