Decadent Delights: Irresistible No-Bake Chocolate Love Bombs!

Craving a sweet treat that's easy to make, healthy & whole, and absolutely delicious? Look no further – I present to you my 4-ingredient wonders — the Chocolate Love Bombs!

Ingredients:

  • 8 Medjool dates

  • Peanut butter (~1/4 cup)

  • Dark chocolate chips (~1/4 cup)

  • Sprinkle of sea salt

How-to:

  • Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise to open them up and remove the pits.

  • Spread peanut butter in the middle of each date and fold them closed. (Feel free to use any nut butter; I opted for Teddy Peanut Butter in chunky.)

  • Microwave the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in-between, until fully melted. (Alternatively, use a double-boiling method.) (I used Enjoy Life Foods dark chocolate chips with a little bit of coconut oil to help them melt.)

  • Roll the peanut butter-filled dates in the melted chocolate until evenly coated.

  • Place the coated dates on a parchment paper-lined plate or baking sheet and sprinkle them with a touch of sea salt.

  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, allowing these treats to become cold, creamy, healthy, and utterly delicious!

To my taste buds, these Chocolate Love Bombs strike the perfect balance between a candy bar and a brownie.
