“Rhianne helped me so much in a very difficult and stressful time in my life. I recently discovered I needed to have a kidney transplant due to kidney failure from an autoimmune disease. My health goals were to go off of one of my blood pressure medications after 18 years, lose 10 pounds, and establish a consistent exercise routine along with healthy eating habits. Since completing Rhianne’s 3-Month Program, I have reached and surpassed all my goals! I am successfully off of one (and a half!) of my medications, I’ve lost 15 pounds, and I have a consistent exercise routine that I look forward to. My most significant change, however, is my renewed sense of confidence. I feel so good about myself!
Rhianne supplied me with strategies for each goal and held me accountable. She helped me to develop new strategies, if needed. She also provided me with articles, websites, recipes and science-backed information for her suggestions, which I tremendously appreciated.
