  • Free Discovery Session - an initial consultation to discuss your health history, pinpoint main concerns and set your 3-6 month wellness goals. 

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute health coaching sessions with Rhianne.

  • Post-session Action Plan with personalized recommendations sent via email.

  • Ongoing support via email or text for questions and to ensure progress in between coaching sessions.

Health Coaching with Rhianne is about treating the whole person. Rhianne will meet you where you are and help you set goals that are challenging, yet realistic for you. Her approach is about implementing small, practical changes that will add up over time to make a big impact on your health, inside and out.

What will it look like for you?

You won’t be restricting foods. You will be adding them in! We will talk about nutrition and eating for fat loss but we will also work on managing stress, finding movement you enjoy and prioritizing self–care.

Feeling good in your body is all finding balance in your unique life. When you feel more balanced, everything is easier.

As your coach, Rhianne is your guide on the side, your cheerleader, your accountability partner and your support system.
