It takes less than 60 seconds to complete and the more I do it, the better I feel. It has to do with my tongue….

What is tongue scraping?
It’s an Ayurvedic self-care practice that removes bacteria, old food particles, toxins, and dead cells from the tongue.
Our mouth is where our digestion begins and so much of our health resides. Treat it well and reap the benefits.
